Smash Legends is a 3D action game that lets you fight in exciting 3v3 battles that last a maximum of three minutes. The combat is very similar to the legendary Power Stone, or to a lesser extent, the Super Smash Bros. saga (with which it shares a similar name).
The Smash Legends controls have been perfectly adapted to touchscreens. On the left-hand side of the screen, you have the virtual joystick to move and, on the right, the action and jump buttons. From the menu, you can choose which type of movement stick you want to use: closed, fixed, or free. You can also choose if you want to use auto-target or prefer not to.
In the same way as Power Stone and Super Smash Bros., in Smash Legends, it's not about inflicting the most damage on your enemies, but about eliminating them from the battle. But, of course, the more damage you do, the further they will fly when you hit them. That's why, although striking your opponents is always useful, you should try to deploy some strategy to remove them from the battlefield with as little effort as possible.
In Smash Legends, you have a variety of different game modes. In the main game mode, Domination, you have to take control of the central square to earn points. The first team that gets to four points (or whoever has the most when time is up) wins the game. The classic deathmatch mode, on the other hand, lets you concentrate on trying to finish off your opponents. In this game mode, the most important thing is to throw your enemies off the battlefield.
Smash Legends is an outstanding action game that offers a gaming experience that is rarely seen on Android. And it does so very well. The game has great graphics and a great line-up of characters that you can unlock and improve bit by bit as you play the game.
